Where's Waldo? And by that I mean, find the black people at Glen Beck's Rally.

In case you need a clue, there is one gentleman in the upper left-center wearing a badge, presumably telling the white woman where to find the restroom.

if you want to criticize the rally, you could focus on what was actually said, instead of the color of peoples skin in the crowd. whats more important?

The participants in the rally were overwhelmingly white. They talk about unity however that group is in no way representative of the whole of America. Ergo, they must be talking about unity amongst white people, since apparently few reached out to their friends of color (if they have any) and convinced them to attend.
