Hi, fellow procrastinators smart, sophisticated folks! Now, there may be one word in my language which could substitute virtually anything, and express any sentiment in combination with another word - the word "takova" (this, that, it, such). But I ain't gonna occupy you with that right now - maybe another time. Here I'll rather focus on a combo of two other words, which are equally multifunctional.

"Eba" = to fuck
"Maika" = mother

So here we go!

"Mamka ti da eba" (literally: Fuck your mommy) = Now you really pissed me off!
"Eba li maika mu" (literally: Do I fuck its mother?) = The hell should I know?
"Ebal sam ti maikata" (literally: I've fucked your mother) = Don't waste my time with nonsense!
"`Bah ti mamata" (literally: I fucked your mom) = You're full of surprises!
"Eba li mama mu" (literally: Do I fuck its mommy?) = I have no idea.
"'Ba li ma`a mu" (literally: Do I fuck its mum?) = Don't know and don't care.
"Dali da ne ti eba maikata" (literally: I wonder if I shouldn't fuck your mother) = Dude, you've crossed a line.
"Da eba maika ti, da eba" (literally: I'd fuck your mother, I'll fuck her) = I'll get a revenge on you some day, but obviously not today.
"Ebah ti maikata" (literally: I fucked your mother) = I don't give a damn about you any more.
"Eeeeee, da ti eba maikata" (literally: Aaargh! I'd fuck your mother) = Damn, this is too unexpected!
"E, sega veche si eba maikata" (literally: Well, now it has fucked its mother) = What a complicated situation!
"Ti si si ebal maikata" (literally: You've fucked your mother) = Wow, dude, you're awesome!
"Maikata si e ebalo" (literally: It has fucked its mother) = This is a very unpleasant situation.
"I si eba maikata" (literally: And then it fucked its mother) = It's all over.

Once you've learned these phrases, I guarantee you'll have no problems around the bars in Sunny Beach.

Stuart Varney: Why don’t you just spend more time with the family, let somebody else work, you go on Obamacare… Stay home, spend more time with the family, let somebody else pay for your healthcare…


It began as the usual Obamacare Horror Story “Bombshell” going pfffffft. We’ve seen it happen, over and over again. A supposedly dire effect of the Affordable Care Act gets cited, which, on examination, turns out to involve someone who could easily afford it paying a higher premium or (in the case of “Bette,” cited during a Republican response to the SOTU) someone who’s been “victimized” by her own refusal to use the options offered by the ACA.

The latest involves the release of the Congressional Budget Office’s report on the impact of the ACA. “Law will reduce fulltime employment by about 2 million,” it was announced. “Healthcare Law will reduce hours worked by about 1.5% to 2% from 2017-2024”

“You wonder how they explain it,” exclaimed a Fox Anchor.

Wouldn’t you know it, CBO director Doug Elmendorf went and spoiled everything by explaining it. See, it’s not so much a matter of jobs being eliminated. It’s a matter of many workers now having the option of reducing their hours or, if they have enough savings, retiring completely from the workforce. As the report says (emphasis added),

The estimated reduction stems almost entirely from a net decline in the amount of labor that workers choose to supply, rather than from a net drop in businesses' demand for labor…


So what’s the next step on the right? Act outraged that many workers will actually be in a position to, not just leave jobs they dislike for jobs they prefer, but also cut back on their work hours so they can spend more time with their (get this) families.

Conditions at the Sochi Olympics are bad/hilarious

Recently, journalists have taken to social media showing the conditions at the Sochi Olympics. Most claim the city is weeks, if not months away from completion for the 2014 Olympic Games, which start tonight.

While much of it could be somewhat biased and first world problems, Russia has stayed true to its roots of providing non-stop entertainment on its own level.
