So says the man just convicted for setting fire to a mosque.

The man was apparently drunk when he did it, but he doesn't seem very remorseful now that he's sober.

'Muslims are killing Americans and trying to blow stuff up,' Linn also reportedly told the judge. 'Most Muslims are terrorists and don’t believe in Jesus Christ.'

How does he know this? Fox News and Talk Radio.

How much longer are people going to cling to the fiction -- supposedly put to rest in the 20th century -- that there is no connection between violent language aimed at unpopular groups and violent acts committed against those groups?

Oh, so does this mean instead of asking other obvious questions, e.g. does Paft support freedom of religion (it's bad to burn down religious minorities places of worship-- and it's pretty obvious she doesn't support doing that), or support the freedom of speech (no mention of muzzling anyone in the post), or acceptance of personal responsibility (the guy blaming a news outlet for his actions no matter if it's Fox or a real news network) you're going to go with the leading question pretty much along the lines of "Have you beaten your wife lately?"

So, the guy's an arsonist, a drunk, and judging by the quotation in your post, a moron. His "Fox News made me do it" excuse suggests that he lacks not only a sense of personal responsibility, but any sense of shame. I recommend severe punishment for his crime and public shaming for his obvious character defects. As for Fox News, judge it on its own merits, not on this man's testimony.
