I wanted to get a start on this today because I have something amusing to show off.

The Dreaded Edit: Bother. It seems Youtube changed their embed code. If you use it, make sure to specify the old embed code instead of the new.

Well, that does leave it open for someone else...in fact when I see that much space, I just want to "tag" it....interesting fun fact...the most prolific tagger back in the 90s (unless it was the 80s) was an unaffiliated white boy.

I think it's possible the blank space would elicit more copmments, and seems to be more in line with lulz fridays, but what do I know, I'm new and I'm off to work.

Interesting idea, but can it be done on large scale (no pun intended)?

Large scale fun theory you mean? I think so.

I love this kind of social engineering stuff...

One thing I would have liked to have seen with those stairs is exactly how long the increase in the use of the stairs over the escalator lasted.

My bet is that within under a month usage of the escalator would be back close to where it was before they made the change.

In otherwords it was the novelty that changed peoples behavior more than anything else and once the novelty wore off they would have gone back to conserving energy and using the escalator.

I was thinking the same thing. But then I thought may be people will think, "Hey, let's go to the mall with the musical stairs!"

Share your favestest ARCADE GAMES!

From: [identity profile] abomvubuso.livejournal.com
Drat, you beat me to it :p

Oh well :)

I enter today's Friday Lulz with a retrospect of days long past, when we used to be small, young mofos spending their time over videogames. Well, arcade games, if we're to be completely precise. There was no World of Warcraft, Grand Theft Auto and Second Life back then, but then, there were the amazing Super Mario, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Space Invaders, and all the rest of them games which were effing hilarious and which many of us love to get back to every now and then, and play again until our fingers start hurting and our brains start melting.

So i now give you my personal top-12 arcade games of all time! The ones i grew up with. I dare you to share yours!
