Hello evrribarri! Is it Frideh?
*checks calendar*
YAY!

A piece of news from me, just for starters of today's LULZ.

"Less than a week into the new year and several polls already indicate that Americans are frightened. According to a recent CNN/Opinion Poll, over 50% of Americans reported being afraid that "some serious shit is about to go down" with an additional 25% saying "America's going to Hell in a hand-basket!" Several people polled claim someone they know will soon be deceased, many also stating "the body will never be found.""
...
"William Harrison, a local 42 year old mechanic, may have put it best during a recent interview with UnNews in which he said, "People are fucking scared shitless, as they should be. For instance, let's just say I decided to put worn-out brakes on my ex-wife's car when she came down here for a routine oil change and tire rotation last week, you should be scared that her car will hit a Mack truck hauling hazardous biological waste near the public municipal water system. That's all I'm saying."  (unfull unArticle unpublished on UnNews)

This average American is screaming in terror over all the horrifying things happening in his nation, despite having no worries of his own.

SO what's your most-scariest scare, o, scared ones? Mine is that some day, in the far future though, my inexhaustible storages of rakia will eventually run out. In a sense, I've reached Peak Alcohol and things are doomed to go only downhill from there, unless I start drilling into my neighbor's fridge. It scares me pissless and doesn't give me sleep at night. :S
You?

I neither scare nor am disgusted easily. I'm one of the only people who could look at the movie Event Horizon and its gruesome, nasty version of Hell/the Warp and say "Hey, there's a nice bit of aesthetics for my horror tales." I will say that what is the most terrifying future prospect for me is the possibility that in a future era people will see our time as identified with the Paris Hilton/Kate Gosselin types, which is a depressing thought also.

nor am disgusted easily.

Except by most of the human race.

People who use the word "hon" really freak me out.

Which used to just be annoying, but now I live in Baltimore....

At least it is copyrighted though.

I still hate the dark. I can imagine all sorts of horrible things that would be waiting for me in a dark room if they so chose.

Talking about scary.

I'm afraid of aliens, which is just to say that I am afraid of Russians, but I can't let the Russians know that, so I say "aliens".

I'm afraid of having my nose broken. It's a small, fine nose and the God damn bone comes out so far that if I ever had it broken it would be a disaster. And then I couldn't breathe through my nose which is my ultimate fear.

I'm afraid I'll be left with time enough to post to every single community, newsgroup, blog and feed only to discover that civilization has fallen and the internets no longer work.

In February will be spending one week in Borovets skiing and enjoying the local atmosphere. It should be good to go from a rainy flatland to a snowy mountainside. I'm afraid that I'll get lost in the mountains and end up having to drink up all the rakia until my rescuers arrive.
