This way the parents can work (as productive citizens with taxable wages) four (4) 10hour days per week whilst their chil'rens get fed a more consistent education! Hec they can even do their Homework there SINCE there will be an end-of-day study hour SINCE we all know that most households do not hover over there children to ensure that HW is finished. Hec! We can even do away with HW altogether!
