The problem is that the justice system in theory is to be equally applied to *everyone* and in practice very much in fact is not that way at all.

Of course we all have equal rights, (Can't believe we are going through this again) 0 = 0 you have no rights, I have no rights, WE HAVE NO RIGHTS!!! dammit do I have to promote George again?

A right is inalienable, so in order for it to be a "right" there can never be anyone with the ability to remove it. Your government BS's you suggesting Miranda rights, the right to freedom of speech etc etc etc, it's all BS fed to those lacking in the ability to comprehend (Or mebbee read once in a while) you have no rights, what you have is a privilidge that can be removed at any time!

Actualy I have a real issue with government lying to those with dense parents everyone in state sponsored education, that they have "Rights" Long before they teach that with so many privilidges must come responsability.
