To the contemporary white supremacists who pro-claim themselves "pro-"legal" immigration".

I believe you are all aware, gentlemen, that the establishments of the two foreign encroachments by the barbarians termed Jamestown and Plymouth was quite illegal. The Americans never made such deals with those foreigners who were buying our land and taking our women. Yet nowadays the descendants of these illegal immigrants propose to remove the descendants of other illegal immigrants. I propose a fair and equitable trade: since the first group of illegal immigrants took land both from we Americans and the Spaniard interlopers, I suggest that in the interest of America for the Americans, we establish a united polity of Indigenous peoples, and sue to have these illegal immigrants and their descendants removed.

These men came in, took food from us and took our jobs. They did this in perfect ill-faith, and I believe, O spirits from Beyond the Grave that we can outdo Montezuma and the Diarrhea of Doom in revenging ourselves. Who's with me?

-Your obedient servant,

Tecumseh-

You keep forgetting that America's proud tradition of accepting immigrants ended immediately after the arrival of my family.

I'm sorry but I think that comparison fails. Taking land by force and setting up your own government is a tried-and-true tradition throughout history. The aboriginal Americans lost. That is unfortunate but to say they have claim over the nation now is to say that there are practically no legitimate nations anywhere in the world, depending upon how far back one wants to go.

Some immigrants are here illegally because we say they are, they would not be here illegally if we said they weren't. If some other nation wants to take our land by force, set up other governance and defend it, they are certainly welcome to try. One possesses exactly as much as one can defend, and that applies at all levels.

But we all enjoy the government we have right now so much.....(snicker). Let them get a bunch of guns and have a revolution just like the other malcontents and anarchists in our country wanted and tried to do. Oh, it's been tried and it failed miserably? Oh, well. Back to worshiping American Idol

1. What statute did they violate when they immigrated here? It stands that if no law is violated. Then the act was legal.

2. The lax immigration controls by the aboriginal Americans led to their being outnumbered and overrun. So it follows we should regulate immigration if we wish to avoid their fate.

3. Everyone who disagrees with you politically is not a racist, white supremacist, secret communist, devil worshiper.

Would you please link to the Indian law which was violated by the settlers? It will settle the confusion.
