That is their only way out of this legal shitstorm: they will literally incite violence if the heat gets turned up too high. Don't think they're above it - they're not. They don't give a single solitary shit what happens next.

If they think they can stop AG Garland by inciting mass civil unrest, then that is what they will do. They don't care if people get hurt or killed. That's why I keep saying the Republican party has to be destroyed and then remade. There are no good Republicans. They are now what the Southern Democratic Party was in the 1870s and 1880s: a militia group that poses as a political party.

It must be in the DNA--or perhaps RNA--for these people to just behave very badly and not give a rat's ass about it. I'm currently finishing a free course from Open University, and am planning to take more. It would be interesting to take a course on the ins and outs of our political-party system. Apparently some say it should be done away with entirely, and I wonder if those people may be onto something.
