It must be in the DNA--or perhaps RNA--for these people to just behave very badly and not give a rat's ass about it. I'm currently finishing a free course from Open University, and am planning to take more. It would be interesting to take a course on the ins and outs of our political-party system. Apparently some say it should be done away with entirely, and I wonder if those people may be onto something.
