With the midterm elections over, Democrats have found enough Republicans ready to join them in advancing basic LGBTQ rights.
This is amazing! I'm so glad they're doing this before the SC nixes it. It's a good idea to codify issues like this, because the court is in the old Kmart parking lot doing donuts right now.
Oh, and by the way:
"Republicans raised concerns that it would stifle religious liberty."
Those "concerns" always remind me of some people who don't like a certain type of vegetable. "I don't like that asparagus one bit. That crap shouldn't be on the shelf." You know, some of us don't like certain things in life but we just suck-it-up. :)
