So The Mercatus, a right-wing think tank, has declared North Dakota -- which recently passed an incredibly restrictive anti-abortion law, one of the free-est of all the fifty states

Once again, we see that when right wing libertarians use the word "liberty," they're using their own extra-special definition of it. As Salon has pointed out reproductive freedom apparently isn't even entered into the calculations,

Women, you see, just don't count.

Voting rights? How convenient of you to ignore the 8 hour waits to vote in some areas of places like Florida. But that only effected minorities, so not really important.

Voting rights are pretty universal, so I'm not sure how much illumination it could have given. I agree - it would have been nice to see them address some aspects of voting (like felons who have done their time, but still can't vote), but the ridiculous race baiting is unnecessary.

I'm sure you must mean the ridiculous race baiting on the part of the election officials. Because the demographics of the areas that had the long waits isn't up for debate.
