Interesting (at a quick glance). I gather tar sand extraction has made up quite a bit of the crude shortfall. Last I heard, Canada had become the US's biggest crude supplier.

Of course, if someone other than Harper takes office, I imagine that darned Kyoto Protocol might be dusted off. All that nat gas burning, just to make fuel. . . .
