Mostly because Susanna Hoffs eyes at 2:50 still get me hot and bothered:

I'm pretty sure this is from after 1990, but I don't care -- one of the best Bollywood numbers ever:

You are too damn young for Susanna Hoffs.

Holy Raptor Jesus, those eyes. None of us really needed porn. We had Hoffs' eyes.

Hard to believe she married the ugly dude that directed Austin Powers:

My favorite is the one about the cricket team playing a British team so they wouldn't have to pay taxes and starve in the middle of a huge drought. Most depressing musical interlude: a five-minute song praising rain at the sight of a single cloud, which then promptly leaves.

Actually I do when I'm writing my Omniverse Tales. It gets me in the mood, so to speak, to do justice to the fighting scenes. ;P

Now if we want the kind of stuff I actually listen to that's oldie but goodie:

I usually warm myself up for those amateur rugby games that we play on Fridays in the neighbourhood, using such kind of stuff:

That song by Pooh. Reminds me how popular they were here in BG. And they still are, apparently. Because when they came here a couple of weeks ago (now old dudes), they packed up the biggest concert hall in Sofia.

That would have to be Money For Nothing by Dire Straits. The long 7+ minute vinyl version which is musically quite sophisticated and very well performed using genuinely talented musicians (and which I can't find a video for).

DAILY QUOTE:
"The NATO charter clearly says that any attack on a NATO member shall be treated, by all members, as an attack against all. So that means that, if we attack Greenland, we'll be obligated to go to war against ... ourselves! Gee, that's scary. You really don't want to go to war with the United States. They're insane!"
