Aside from the Catholics (which is largely a personal issues, having been brought up in that Church) the fundies are the only Christians I really have an issue with. You don't get to dissavow the 30% of Americans who believe the bible word for word (http://www.christianpost.com/news/in-us-3-in-10-say-they-take-the-bible-literally-52070/) just because they mess up your distorted world view. YOU may think they are nuts, but that's what most Muslims think about Jihadis.
