I like my source to be written in some sort of professional manner, not an opinion piece. I want research, citations, sources, and a technical knowledge of the subject that's both explained and extrapolated.

You have that. This person is an absolute professional, well-known in the industry.

Also, it's not a source that explains the history of regulation, just things in modern times as it relates to farming. Farming in the USA today is an incredibly broad subject, and my original topic was about regulation in 1906, so it's getting considerably off-track.

Regulation is the same no matter where you go.
