I like my source to be written in some sort of professional manner, not an opinion piece. I want research, citations, sources, and a technical knowledge of the subject that's both explained and extrapolated. The link I provided to you is a professionally written paper that explains all the points reasonably without name-calling.
Also, it's not a source that explains the history of regulation, just things in modern times as it relates to farming. Farming in the USA today is an incredibly broad subject, and my original topic was about regulation in 1906, so it's getting considerably off-track.
