By Art Robinson Congress candidate in Oregon's 4th District.
"On Nov. 4, 2010, as soon as the election results were in and they were sure their candidate had won, faculty administrators at Oregon State University gave new meaning to the term "political payback."
They initiated an attack on my three children – Joshua, Bethany and Matthew – for the purpose of throwing them all out of the OSU graduate school, despite their outstanding academic and research accomplishments. OSU is a liberal socialist Democrat stronghold in Oregon that received a reported $27 million in earmark funding from my opponent, Peter DeFazio, and his Democrat colleagues during the last legislative session...."

Isn't it nice way to go for leftists?
Yesterday public radio CEO mentioned republicans and Tea Party are racist.
Today professor expels political opponent's kids from the Oregon State University.
That's bad way to go, if liberals want to be fair, why they are doing such things?
Why not just tell exactly what do they want to people:
"Yeah, "Brothers Muslim" aren't terrorist, they just killed opponents with bombs, but not the terrorists.. We need to give them opportunity to lie about themselves and promote themselves using their money as well as Federal funding."
"Yeah, we don't want to teach republican kids, they have to be democrat to be in Oregon State University."
Is it wrong? Then why doing it? Is it right? Then why hiding it?
Is it only about single persons of them? Then why it wasn't subject on CNN, MSNBC, NPR stations yesterday? They cover it, or what?

Date: 10/3/11 22:34 (UTC)Conservatives fixate on person. Liberals fixate on policy.
What do you want us to say? If it is true, it is a bad thing.
But what does that have to do with policy?
What do you want? To say that "liberals are bad people"?
Sure, liberals are bad people. Lots of people are bad people.
But what does that have to do with it?

"We can support terrorists, if they give us a fund?"
"We can say nothing about political opponent being victimized?"
nice, nice.

I would be remiss not to mention, as per your comment, Liberals also like to muddy the waters and waste time with rhetoric when the facts could not be more clear.

It is about as bottom of the barrel as you can go for information -- nearly every time they "break" a story that gets any attention, there is an entire BOATLOAD of context and additional information that they left out.

Where is those reports on CNN?

Then even if it is Art Robinson lie, this claim is worth to be public, not only in WND, isn't it?

Why only WND?
Not worse to discuss for TV speaking-heads?

Date: 11/3/11 00:05 (UTC)Such scandals are not that common, because they harm the institution's reputation and the value of its degrees.
It sounds like something is going on, but it is more likely entirely about faculty politics not public politics.

Date: 11/3/11 00:10 (UTC)“I don’t have definitive proof," Robinson said. "That is what I believe. Basically, I know what happened. I cannot tell you the motives of the people doing it.”
He cannot tell us the motives, except when he tells us the motives.
I wonder if its considered legal to publish her signature online as they have.

Date: 11/3/11 02:12 (UTC)But answer could be:
1) OSU can get more promises from DeFazio.
2) DeFazio might eliminate Robinson's willing to stay in this state till 2012, while his kids will have to move somewhere, to find another university.
If this is true - it is very easy to do for DeFazio and OSU and very hard to prove, only accidental proof can be found, or if someone was directed against Robinson and refuse to do it.

Source is Art Robinson, he got more than 40% on last elections.
Few media confirmed he did this claim.
Facts investigation is needed, but no report at all in whole bunch of media is impressive, isn't it?

I think you're suffering a basic causation-correlation problem. I could pick random stupid things done by conservatives on consecutive days but it's not evidence of anything connecting said stupid people/events.
That's bad way to go, if liberals want to be fair, why they are doing such things?
Because people have varying characteristics besides a liberal-conservative orientation. Also, the first person expressed an opinion, the second chose to act in a discriminatory manner, not the same things.
For the record, some of us liberals are Mean Girls.
