There was only one non-party group, and that one got purged every once in a while. I do not believe it was such, the Soviet leaders themselves did and killed thousands to make it such. Can you or can you not comprehend this when stated in simple English? It's not belief, the Purge and Terror of the 1930s to ensure the Party had no rivals is not "belief."
