Well, Tito was one of the few true Magnificent Bastards produced by Communism. I'm not surprised that there's this kind of nostalgia. By present situations in what used to be Yugoslavia Tito's era looks a lot safer, though he was as repressive as any other dictator. It probably helps that it's been decades since the man was last among the land of the living.
