That line about non-forcible rape? That's where it's redefined. Rape is rape. That's why it's called rape, even with other identifiers such as statutory rape or date rape. There is currently no distinction in any rape laws between "forcible" and "non-forcible". Making a distinction part of any law = redefining rape. You don't see how once it's in law in one place it can be applied to others?
