You misunderstand. The other guys are heroes because PP didn't say it was illegal and that they couldn't help them. That's what they should have done.
Sure, that's the best way for Planned Parenthood to cover their asses, but exactly how does that get the girls to safety? If anything, that would encourage the child trafficker to take the girls somewhere more dangerous to get the abortions, which would put their lives in danger.
Unless you're comfortable with Planned Parenthood saying a morally correct "no" as opposed to clearly playing along, at the expense of having young women risk death and further abuse.
That was after the fact. That's not evidence they were cooperating beforehand.
It's very interesting that the whole "told the FBI" part seems to not matter at all.
