Because you work for a corporation, and it has competitors. Nothing you do has significant moral impact on how the world works. They have a mission, they have evil enemies, and those evil enemies have shaped those laws that you think protect underage people deliberately in ways that they think interfere with, rather than protecting them. Some of those individuals think it is a holy mission to do the good work (make sure STD testing, contraception, and abortion are available) in the face of laws, such as reporting requirements, that may have other virtues, but ultimately, interfere with those good and essential works. To that person, helping the sex traffickers is unfortunate collateral damage in service to the important part: helping the minors.

Besides, we do not know that Planned Parenthood would not have reported. We know what one person said in an interview. So we do not know that the faux "sex traffickers" would actually have been helped in any way.
