So basic reason says A)we likely didn't have AI before most people had DSL, B)even with did have something like that that members of the military would show it off to their friends for a laugh C) anyone shown something like that wouldn't have to sign secrecy agreements with the government and D) that anyone who did sign something like that wouldn't go yakking about it on the internet to random people.
