But, after awhile, I began to see an ugly and disruptive pattern coming from you. And I'm nearly positive you'll say that my insults are disrupting, but FUCK IT. I'm just being blunt and honest. I cannot STAND the utter garbage that some people pass off here.
Pay close attention to the rules. Last I'll say on the matter.
What exactly does "the press" do? They print stuff, right? Hence where they got there name from, right? (the printing press)
Not exactly.
Wikileaks has done more in the name of journalism and press than 99% of the worlds press organizations. That's an indictment against the press organizations that existed before wikileaks.
All Wikileaks has done is publish stolen documents. That's not journalism, that's not the press.
Perhaps more importantly, and something neither you nor I mentioned, is of course, that wikileaks isn't American. So the 1st Amendment doesn't cover Assange. But it also doesn't need to.
If it doesn't apply (and I agree), why'd you even bring it up?
