The problem with this is that while one can say that Marx would have been "WTFITS" over Maoism, there is very much recognizable evolution of his ideas in Mao Zedong thought. You cannot at all see a resemblance in Obama's ideas to any variation of interwar politics, and his ideas have more in common with those of the Rockefeller Republicans.
