Of course if he had the slightest bit of understanding he'd not have used segregation but Wilson's habit of imprisoning anyone who made the least bit critical statement about him in a political prison. But instead he complains that Wilson re-segregated the government. Which is true, but frankly the miracle was that TR actually *de*-segregated it in a time when horrible race riots were all too common.
