Move up north. Flagstaff or Prescott. Flagstaff is pretty reasonable all year round (highs in the 80's in summer, but you gotta deal with 4 ft snowfall at a time in the winter) and Prescott (where I'm at) is actually pretty decent. It's been doing 100 here and there, but all told its not too bad.
Now if you're talking about the valley, fuck that shit. 115 EVERY DAY? Uh..no.
