I'm sorry, but I find it extremely difficult to sympathize with people who expect women to dress a certain way as they ride their bike on a public thoroughfare that the taxpayers as a whole pay to maintain and upkeep, and are now retaliating by shutting down the bike lanes.
Because there are laws that prevent nudity EVERYONE is already guilty of this.
