it's not suicide of opinion to admit there are exceptions to every rule.
One can pay a lot for "supposed" quality and still not receive it. But if you pay too little you are absolutely guaranteeing that you're getting crap. I mean you can't possibly afford quality.
But what I really wanted to focus on wasn't quality, but value. Of course the two are inter-related and do overlap.
