Thanks. As I had mentioned though, most of the attendees of the anti-Bush peace protests I've attended were white. There were a couple of African Americans at the rally, but I didn't take their pictures. Trying to get the "Look! There's a black guy!" shot just felt wrong. I did get the picture of the Asian girl selling flags, (above) but I'll admit - I took the picture because she was insanely cute.
You've hit on an important point - most Tea Partiers probably don't consider themselves to be racits. That's why I believe calling them such is a horrible thing. Many of them are governed by fallacious notions, and are in desperate need of another source of information. If you call them racists, and they know that they are not, they won't believe anything else that you say.
