boggart.

I realized this recently, but it makes so much sense.

What do you seem Obama as?

Me? I see him as the anti-christ who is going to eat my children, spit them out into eternal hellfire and then devour my soul as he laughs his Muslim laugh.

Obama may get a second term, then his political career will end. He's no anti-christ.

What do I see him as?

A mediocrity in a time that calls for a leader of near-Mary Sue proportions of skills.

He's a politician, a pretty charismatic speaker, and has some good experience with getting opposing sides to sit down and come to agreement, which he's been trying to put to use.

You mean would Bush have made a rhetorical gesture which cost him nothing and was ultimately meaningless? I suspect he would, yes.
