Rights are far from unnatural. In complex animal life (i.e. things up to and including some amphibians and reptiles and most birds and nearly all mammals there is the concept of ranges, where specific animals or groups of animals define the land they use for food, sleeping grounds, and shitting grounds. Now, granted, animals don't have guns or helicopter gunships to enforce territorial boundaries with, but animals that try to violate the rules/rights set by other animals never end up relishing the experience.
In any case, the natural fallacy ignores that Gamma Ray Bursts are natural, too.
