Judaism isn't supremicist but that doesn't mean that the Israeli government doesn't act in exclusionary ways because they clearly do. Not the same things at all.
I'd prefer to just address Israel's behavior not their religion, same for any other country. I know there are influences from religion but it shouldn't be a deflection from ACTIONS. Same for history.
