talkpoliticsI say fuck you McConnell! The US has been existing in a scorched earth mode for the last 4-5 years because of the damn Trumpian GOP. The filibuster needs to be brought back to its original state. So, screw you and your threats, you obstructionist turtle dick.

They should end the filibuster, because McConnell just proved that he wants to rely upon it to obstruct progress. Without it, he aims to be a fucking traitorous child, throwing a tantrum at America's expense, worthy of a one-way escort out of the country.
And if he hasn't already proved it since 2007, he clearly explained that the GOP does not care about the country. From declaring that the GOP agenda is to obstruct everything from an Obama White House in 2007, to refusing a seated President's judicial nominee for an entire year (for the first time in history) in 2016, to immediately resorting to the same old "Party of No" tactics with Biden in 2020 after his constituency attacked the country, he has clearly announced that he has no problem retarding America.
Traitors to the end. Tens of thousands of Republicans had enough after January 6 and flipped to the Democratic Party. I have no idea why so many conservatives remain as stupid as to keep encouraging this treacherous behavior in their name. End the filibuster, dare McConnell to follow through on his tantrum, and force more Republicans to choose between their self-respect and devotion to country over their pathetic loyalty to a right-wing party.
