I'm thinking Kevin Spacey should play the Don. I know, he'd rather be groping boys, but it's called acting for a reason. Of course Alec Baldwin has been inspired on SNL and would be great if you're planning on a comedy. Brendan Gleeson has I guess been cast as Trump in some TV show, and he certainly can pull off the look.
I'd say Christian Bale as Jared Kushner, he does a smug psychopath like nobody else.
Steve Martin could be a good Mike Pence, as a bonus he could handle the roll whether you're doing a comedy or a drama.
For Giuliani, I'd take a hint from Tolkien/Jackson and not show him. Maybe instead of an eye wrapped in fire I'd go with lips covered in drool. Maybe Bruce Willis' lips, they look kind of like a sphincter when he talks.
