Trump aides seek to discredit Fauci over coronavirus crisis as cases surge
To any sane person it makes no sense whatsoever how a self-proclaimed "Stable Genius" who said COVID-19 would be gone in April, warm weather would stop the spread, hydroxychloroquine was a "game-changer", etc can say that Dr. Fauci has been wrong. Doesn't Trump have to be right at least ONE time about COVID-19 before he has a foot to stand on and do that?
This is what you get when you have a medical degree from Trump University.
Meanwhile in New Zealand, the chief medical expert who guided their successful response to the pandemic is Dr Ashley Bloomfield. He has become a national hero. But then, they have a Prime Minister who listened to him...
Dr Bonnie Henry in Canada is a national hero for spearheading their response.
Prof Chris Whitty is a respected chief medical officer in the UK. Boris Johnson now listens to his advice and introduces measures based on that advice, because Boris knows he has no epidemiological knowledge. Funny old system.
And Fauci is getting the toilet flushed on his head by bully Trump in the meantime. The herd immunity experiment will get its first real life lab on a massive scale, it seems. =(
