True, and I excepted Aus and NZ too, but Taiwan did get measures in place after SARS iirc and responded to Covid19 quickly and efficiently.
Which other nations haven’t.
But then I guess, in the free world, it comes down to leadership. Which explains why Angela Merkel and Jacinda Ardern have done pretty well.
