Amazon should be more upfront, but it's hard for me to feel sorry for the customers here - they bought a device that listens to what they say, and they're surprised/disappointed/angry that it did exactly that?
Reminds me of the people upset that facebook was selling their personal information - how the hell did they not know that was not just possible, but likely?
