Biden inheriting nonexistent coronavirus vaccine distribution plan and must start 'from scratch,' sources say
Here's what will happen. Unless Biden improves COVID stats and unemployment to pre-pandemic levels in the next 5 minutes, the rabid RW will be all over him for failing to do what he promised.
Which is of course exactly what Trump planned. If he was a man who actually took his oath of office seriously and if he had any shred of decency, he would have worked hard to control the pandemic by getting the vaccine produced and having a concise plan as to how to distribute it.
There's two components to a vaccine plan, Trump was only concerned with one in order to get more votes in the election. The production of a vaccine hasn't really been the most difficult challenge, distribution of the vaccine has always been the complicated part.
