Up to 43m Americans could lose health insurance amid pandemic, report says
"Prior to pandemic, 160 million got insurance through their job – but up to 7 million are unlikely to find new plans, say researchers"

Exactly why health care should never be tied to a job.

So what happens when the hospitals start sending bills to Covid 19 patients for extended ICU stays? Didn't Trump promise a health care plan - so where is it?

Whoever is in charge of the box of crayons in DC won't look good.

Funnily, whenever a European dares to go into that argument, what they get is hateful comments from the American people about how (supposedly) messed up their countries are, and oh of course how homogeneous their societies are, which America isn't, therefore excuses, excuses, yadda yadda yadda.

I'd only say this at this point. As much as it's true that every nation deserves exactly the rulers that it gets, it's also true that it gets exactly the health care that it deserves.
