So will all these people really storm Area 51? What will be the Feds' reaction? Will you be storming Area 51? ;-)
I expect the protesters wills be captured with high energy beams and levitated back to the parking lot from whence they started.
But srsly. My bet is that no more than say 150 or so folks come out. Because there will be people, some food trucks will venture forth to sell food and drinks in the hope of making a profit. Some folks will have brought their instruments and will gather in impromptu jam sessions, some folks will cosplay as aliens (I'm betting on at least three folks dressed as Kosh from Babylon5)...
...and that will be the beginning of an annual festival *near* Area 51 that will turn out to be the next Burning Man-like gathering. Air Force Security gets beefed up to make sure that no drunken revelers try to sneak in and after a while no one will remember why they thought to do this... but will just have a good, alien-themed time.
Besides, Area 51 became a distraction site long ago and likely now does very limited new tech testing with the occasional strange activity to maintain interest. Area 51 appears to be mostly abandoned now. They have a new secure site.
