With such noble defenses of all-Americanism that imply that slavery is freedom and that the only good American is a rich American, why should anyone take with a modicum of seriousness Republican and libertarian claims to represent anyone save the rich? When the tanks are battering their way into the public square all that "there are no tanks in Baghdad" nonsense to claim that representing the rich is in fact good for the poor is revealed to be such humbug.
