Fridi hasn't exactly been respectful to me for a long time for reasons I've fairly earned, neither has Luz. If people actually treat me with respect I treat them accordingly. If they assume hostility no matter what I say or do, I have little to gain from more wasted efforts to extend an olive branch that go nowhere and might as well just deal with the status quo.
I understand entirely why she doesn't like me anymore, and I'm not going to be under the impression that anything new done to try to change that will succeed where all the other attempts failed. I tend to believe in not reinforcing failure with more failure.
