No worries, the US will counteract China by destabilizing the Third World yet again, now that the latest Trump-related shenanigans have successfully served as a distraction from a potential withdrawal from the UN (if the reports are true (http://www.businessinsider.com/american-sovereignty-restoration-act-us-withdraw-un-2017-1)).

What's curious is that this is happening in the GOP-controlled House, without much ado and without too many people noticing (everyone's too occupied with Trump's shenanigans after all, remember?)

The consequence of such a move? More wars in minor countries. Particularly in Africa. China has been advancing there for a while, right? Well, they have to be countered at any cost, right?
