A new state of water molecules has been found, one where tightly confined water molecules that are supposedly unable to turn around and shift their polarity, begin to exhibit quantum properties, their hydrogen atoms smearing around the central oxygen atom, thus forming a probabilistic shell and occupying all possible six positions within a hexagonal configuration. A curious side effect of this state is that the water molecule loses its polarity, which is central for the water properties that we're familiar with under normal circumstances. So far it's unclear what practical applications this discovery may have, but it looks immensely promising. (source)

DAILY QUOTE:
"The NATO charter clearly says that any attack on a NATO member shall be treated, by all members, as an attack against all. So that means that, if we attack Greenland, we'll be obligated to go to war against ... ourselves! Gee, that's scary. You really don't want to go to war with the United States. They're insane!"
