Apparently, it's true. A petition calling for the deportation of Justin Bieber has collected 70K signatures, and as of today needs just 29K more to prompt a government response on the issue.

And here it is!

Petition: Deport Justin Bieber and revoke his green card.

"We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture. We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing, Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked. He is not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nations youth. We the people would like to remove Justin Bieber from our society."

As much as we may or may not disagree that the Biebster "wrongly" represents the United States in the world of pop culture, I say we put the Beaver and Miss Cyrus on a space shuttle and ship 'em to Mars. Granted, that might trigger an inter-planetary crisis with the Martians, but still. For the sake of humanity!

Notice the similarities? Tell you what. These two are most likely Darth Vader's secret twin son & daughter. The dark side of the Force is strong with those ones!

But their popularity marches on.

That only speaks about those who sustain their popularity.

Good to know that the American people have their priorities straight for once.

"Why"= a one inch hole developed in the bottom of the tank.

Why do you need a petition for that? Oh, and it was spilled, not "dumped."

You may find this documentary pretty illuminating. (http://wvpublic.org/post/appalshops-chemical-valley)

With the January 9 chemical leak from Freedom Industries leading to the water supply being compromised for 300,000 residents who rely on West Virginia American Water, the ripple effects are sure to impact our state, our region, and possibly even the entire nation on environmental, political, and cultural levels. Yet, concerns over the safety of the environment and health of the local population are nothing new around the Kanawha Valley.

Mimi Pickering and Anne Lewis of Appalshop produced a 1991 documentary titled Chemical Valley about events in the Kanawha Valley in the wake of Union Carbide’s Bhopal disaster in 1984 and a series of frightening chemical leaks that led citizens to demand the right to know and to be protected from toxic chemicals produced and stored there.

I've had this theory that famous people for the last few decades have been largely clones/robots created by the labels to stop pesky rights disputes.

I am shocked, shocked that Canadians are coming to America to incite drug use. Americans would never take drugs without the incentive of Justin Bieber's example.

What would Canada think of taking him back? I know we're not the best neighbor, and Canada has been uniquely patient with all of our crap, but this might be asking too much. My take is that Americans made him a pop star, we really need to deal with the consequences... except the Great Wall thing, please note that he's Canadian when talking about that one.

Before I started reading I thought the first picture was Miley Cyrus...

Where the hell is Bieber's handlers? The guy is quite clearly in a crisis and needs help, not to be relentlessly pushed on to make money for his masters (I guess that's where his handlers are). This is what makes me sick about the pop industry; they took a child, stole their childhood, gave them way too much power to do what they want, and will probably walk away from him when he winds up sobbing and masturbating in the middle of an intersection calling out for Xenu to save him.

I used to hate the Biebs. Now I just pity him, he has no agency and therefore can't be held responsible for his actions.

Handlers = enablers. If you've ever seen Bieber's father, it all makes more sense.

The government response will only make him more popular - if he and his handlers are aware of the petition they're probably pulling for it to reach 100,000.

He wants attention, and it seems the people who hate him the most want to give him more of it.

He'll burn out - his current fans will hit the age where you trade in your celebrity crush for something more realistic, and someone 5 or 6 years younger than him will put out a catchy song or two and woo the next level of girls away from him.

He'll probably be in rehab before I use the word 'woo' again..

Not sure what Miley Cyrus did that pisses people off. I mean what did she do that Elvis Presley didn't?

DAILY QUOTE:
"The NATO charter clearly says that any attack on a NATO member shall be treated, by all members, as an attack against all. So that means that, if we attack Greenland, we'll be obligated to go to war against ... ourselves! Gee, that's scary. You really don't want to go to war with the United States. They're insane!"
