I'm still stunned by the idea of a state-run liquor store O_O
Somehwat off-topic, but I'm curious to compare liquor prices there with here (or anywhere else in the U.S.), though. It could be that the state stores (dear Lord, that sounds weird to a Texan) were selling much below retail, and CostCo is pretty much at retail?
