I believe him when he says he didn't vote for Obama, but when you hate one "team" so vehemently in what is essentially a two horse race, you are just about always pulling for the other team. My money says he doesn't live in a battle ground state and there was little to no chance a vote for Obama would help Romney lose. And besides, when you scream like a little girl when Obama wins... ya, your bias is showing.
