Doesn't really apply. the guy is a techie, and immediately tried the person below Obama (Stein) and she selected fine. If it was an angle-of-view thing, or a calibration thing, you'd figure all things would be skewed to the same degree.
As he describes it on his Youtube post, the "Active Area" for Obama was a small sliver at the bottom of the Obama section, from the bottom of the Obama checkbox, to the Top of Stein's (normal) active area.
Alas, this part is only his say so... he didn't get THAT part on Camera.
